Notarial Services 公證服務

Land/property/mortgage transfers土地/房屋買賣/貸款文件

For the Australian Office to witness your land transfer, property or mortgage document you must bring along:

-Written instructions from one of the following: Australian legal practitioner, law practice licensed conveyancer, mortgagee (i.e. your bank)
-Proof of identity
-Correctly prepared forms

We cannot complete Verification of Identity or Witness Certificates from your bank or state regulatory body. The Office can instead provide certification or a DFAT Identity Certificate.

若您的澳洲土地/房屋買賣轉讓或貸款文件需由本處領事人員見證簽名, 請備妥並攜帶下列文件:

-由澳洲律師事務所,委任律師或銀行出具的具體說明信函
-身分證明
-正確且尚未簽署的文件

Clients wishing to have their signature witnessed under the Oaths Act should select the 'State and Territory statutory declarations' service. Maximum five signatures per appointment.
